DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS. The Advisory Committee will allocate to each Participant's Deferral Contributions Account the amount of Deferral Contributions the Employer makes to the Trust on behalf of the Participant. The Advisory Committee will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year unless, in Adoption Agreement Section 3.04, the Employer elects more frequent allocation dates for salary reduction contributions.

DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS. (a) 4.01. If so provided by the Employer in Section 1.05(b), each Participant may elect to execute a salary reduction agreement with the Employer to reduce his Compensation by a specified percentage not exceeding 15% per payroll period, subject to any exceptions elected by the Employer in Section 1.05(b)(2) and 1.05(b)(3) and equal to a whole number multiple of one (1) percent. Such agreement shall become effective on the first day of the first payroll period for which the Employer can reasonably process the request. The Employer shall make a Deferral Contribution on behalf of the Participant corresponding to the amount of said reduction, subject to the restrictions set forth below. Under no circumstances may a salary reduction agreement be adopted retroactively.
DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS. (a) x Deferral Contributions—Participants may elect to have a portion of their Compensation contributed to the Plan on a before-tax basis pursuant to Code Section 401(k).
DEFERRAL CONTRIBUTIONS. Subject to any minimum or maximum deferral amount provided below, the Employer shall make a Deferral Contribution in accordance with, and subject to, Section 4.01 on behalf of each Participant who has an executed salary reduction agreement in effect with the Employer for the applicable calendar year (or portion of the applicable calendar year).

The Plan Administrator will make this allocation as of the last day of each Plan Year or more frequently as it may determine to be appropriate and consistent with the Plan terms, including those providing for allocation of net income, gain or loss.
