A full-time or part-time team member will be allowed paid time off of up to a maximum of 2 weeks per calendar year to attend Defence Forces approved training camps, and Woolworths will pay the team member the difference between the payment received for their attendance at such training camp and the base rate of pay they would have received during that period.
