DEFENCE FORCE RESERVES LEAVE. (a) The Employer must grant leave of absence for the purpose of Defence service to an Employee who is a volunteer member of the Defence Force Reserves or the Cadet Force. Defence service means service, including training, in a part of the Reserves or Cadet Force.
