DEFECTS AND VOETSTOOTS. 14.1. The Seller shall remedy any material patent and latent defect in the Property due to faulty workmanship or materials, manifesting itself within 6 (Six) months of the Transfer Date, provided that the Purchaser notifies the Seller thereof in writing within the said period of 6 (Six) months.
