DEFECTS AND VOETSTOOTS. 9.1. The Contractor shall remedy any material patent and latent defect in the Works due to faulty workmanship or materials, manifesting itself within 6 (Six) months of the Completion Date, provided that the Employer notifies the Contractor thereof in writing within the said period of 6 (Six) months.
