The following DEFCON clauses are incorporated into this Contract: DEFCON 23 Special Jigs, Tooling And Test Equipment (Edn 08/09) (Applies if special jigs, tooling and/or test equipment are acquired under the Contract. Communications between SELLER and the Authority under this clause shall be made through LOCKHEED XXXXXX.
