Default by Licensee; Suspension. In the event (i) Licensee fails to timely and fully make any payment required hereunder, and such payment breach is not cured within five (5) days after written notice thereof, or (ii) Licensee breaches any other provision of this Agreement and such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice thereof, then Crown Castle may, at its sole option, either (a) terminate any and all Products, (b) suspend the affected Product to which the breach is related without further notice to Licensee, and/or (c) pursue any other remedies available to Crown Castle at law, or in equity.
