Deemed Service. (a) Subject to clause 25.2(b), a Notice will be deemed to be given as follows:

Deemed Service. To avoid doubt, if a notice or Breach Notice is served on an Authorised Driver by the Owner under this clause 13, such notice is deemed to have been served on the Operator.
