Deeds. If a deed provided in the Property File with respect to the Property does not initially consist of a certified copy of the original conforming recorded deed from the applicable recording office, then Borrower shall post a copy such a deed to the Property File within three hundred sixty (360) days following the date hereof.

Deeds. Special, Limited or Quitclaim Warranty Deed in the form approved for or otherwise customarily used for conveyances in the recording district in which the Property is situated (the “Deed”) properly executed by Seller for recording conveying the Property and the Improvements located thereon to Purchaser subject to no exceptions other than the Permitted Exceptions.

Deeds. In deeds the following language shall appear: "The grantee herein covenants by and for itself, its heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and all persons claiming under or through them, that there shall be no discrimination against or segregation of any person or group of persons on account of race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, age, ancestry, or national origin in the sale, lease, rental, sublease, transfer, use, occupancy, tenure, or enjoyment of the land herein conveyed, nor shall the grantee itself, or any persons claiming under or through it, establish or permit any such practice or practices of discrimination or segregation with reference to the selection, location, number, use, or occupancy of tenants, lessees, subtenants, sublessees, or vendees in the land herein conveyed. The foregoing covenants shall run with the land."
Deeds. A limited warranty deed with respect to the Real Property at each Facility, in proper statutory form for recording, duly executed and acknowledged by Seller and substantially in the form of Exhibit “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof;

Deeds. A (i) Special Warranty Deed, (ii) Limited Warranty Deed, (iii) Grant Deed, or (iv) Bargain and Sale Deed with Covenants Against Grantor’s Acts, as applicable, for each of the self storage facilities comprising the Property (collectively, the “Deeds”) conveying the Land and the Improvements to Purchaser, in the forms attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B”, subject only to the Permitted Encumbrances. The description of the Land provided with the Surveys shall be the legal description used in the Deeds.
