Common use of Deed of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicable, Seller shall execute a recordable Corporation or Trustee’s Warranty Deed sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer or Buyer's nominee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter), to be held by the Seller's attorneys, and to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's compliance with the terms of this Contract.

Deed of Conveyance. As soon as practicableAt closing, Seller shall execute deliver to Buyer upon Buyer's compliance with the term of this Contract, a recordable Corporation or duly executed Trustee’s Warranty Deed ("Deed") sufficient to convey the Property to Buyer or Buyer's nomineepermitted assignee, in fee simple absolute, subject only to the Permitted Exceptions (as defined hereafter), to be held by the Seller's attorneys, and to be delivered to Buyer at the closing of this transaction upon Buyer's compliance with the terms of exceptions authorized in this Contract.
