DEDUCTIONS OR WITHHOLDINGS. 4.1 Each Group Company has duly complied in material respects with all statutory requirements to deduct or withhold Taxation from any payments it has made and has properly accounted to the relevant Tax Authority for any such Taxation which ought to have been accounted for prior to the date hereof.
