DEDUCTIONS MADE BY EMPLOYER. The amount so deducted, accompanied by a statement of deductions showing those terminated, on leave of absence and on sick leave, shall be remitted to the Union, along with the current address and telephone number for each bargaining unit member no later than fifteen (15) calendar days of the following month in which the deductions are made.
