Deductions from Sick Leave. A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave for all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) absent on sick leave or personal leave as per clause At the time of retirement of an employee leaving Xxxxxxx Youth Services with fifteen (15) or more years of continuous service or on the death of an employee of the Xxxxxxx Youth Services, beneficiary will receive a payout of twenty-five (25) percent of unused sick leave credit or six (6) months of pay, whichever is less.
