DEDUCTION OF PAY. A fulltime employee not attending for duty will not be paid for the actual time of such absence unless the absence is authorised and is in accordance with this Agreement. A casual employee not attending for duty will not be paid. The employee agrees that the employer may deduct from the employee’s final pay, any amount that is owed by the employee to the employer, by reason of overpayment, advance payment, wilful damage or the like. The Employer agrees not to make deductions for anything that it cannot rightly or lawfully do so.
