Deduction and Withholding. All compensation and other benefits payable to or on behalf of Employee pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to such deductions and withholding as may be agreed to by Employee or required by applicable law.
Deduction and Withholding. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, any payments or benefits hereunder shall be subject to the withholding of such amounts, if any, relating to tax and other payroll deductions, as the Company reasonably determines it should withhold pursuant to any applicable law or regulation.

Upon receipt of any tax credit or refund to which the Lender is entitled, the Loan Parties shall pay to Lender the amount, if any, which is necessary so that Lender is made whole and receives the amount it would have received if no withholding had occurred.

There shall be deducted from all compensation paid to Employee such sums, including, without limitation, social security, income tax withholding and unemployment insurance, as by law the Company is obligated to do. Upon furnishing the Company with paper vouchers and expense accounts setting forth the information required by the United States Treasury Department for deductible business expenses, Employee shall be promptly reimbursed for those of his expenses which have been approved in advance by the Company.
