Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $20 to $6,500 for Type 1 and Type 3 DS0, Type 1 and Type 3 DS-1, Type 1 DS-3, Type 1 OC-3, Type 1 OC-12 and Type 1 OC-48 Dedicated Access Service.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $90 to $5,000 for DS-0 Access Circuits, DS-1 (Terrestrial Digital Service 1.5) Access Circuits and DS-3 Access Circuits at 21 NPA/NXX locations mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $1,300 to $5,100 and a non-recurring charge of $0.00 for DS-3, OC-3 and OC-12 Dedicated Access Service at 10 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.
Dedicated Access Service. (Option 1). For Dedicated Access Service, Type 1 discounts set forth herein apply when both terminating locations of the circuit are “On-Net” (i.e., MCI WorldCom owns the entire local loop), as verified by reference to MCI WorldCom location records. Type 2 rates set forth herein apply when one terminating location in On-Net and one terminating location is local exchange carrier-owned and leased by MCI WorldCom for Customer’s use. Collocation installation fees are not waived under this Agreement. Except as specifically set forth herein, Dedicated Access Services will be provided at standard tariffed rates.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $400 for T1 and NxT1 Dedicated Access Service. A 1 month Term applies. Network Connection Charges (“NCC”): In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay NCC charges ranging from $1,000.00 to $3,000.00 for OC-3 OC-12 and OC-48 service type.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay a monthly recurring charge of $8,500 for Company-provided OC-12 access circuits at 1 NPA/NXX mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A one year term applies.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay monthly recurring charges ranging from $150 to $1,105 for DS-3 Access Service at 6 circuit ids mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company. A 1 year term applies.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring charges ranging from $3,075 to $14,238 for OC-3 and OC-1 Dedicated Access at 2 Circuit IDs mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company. These circuits will have a minimum term of 1 year commencing when the circuit is installed, and do not include CPE. In the event Company terminates an access circuit set forth above prior to expiration of the circuit term, other than for cause as specified in the agreement, Customer will pay Company an early termination charge equal to the monthly recurring charge for the circuit multiplied by the number of months remaining in the circuit term.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, the Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $114 to $190 for DS-1 and Type 1 DS-1 Dedicated Access Services based on service type.
Dedicated Access Service. In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay monthly recurring per circuit local loop charges ranging from $1,500 to $11,637 for OC-3 Dedicated Access Service at 11 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Supplier. All circuits have a one year minimum term from the date of installation with 100% early termination liability.
