  • Notification of Assignment Any assignment that is not undertaken in accordance with the provisions set forth above shall be null and void ab initio. A Party making any assignment shall promptly notify the other Party of such assignment, regardless of whether consent is required. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

  • Accession 1. Any State, Member of the European Free Trade Association, may accede to this Agreement, provided that the Joint Committee decides to approve its accession, to be negotiated between the acceding State and the Parties concerned, on such terms and conditions as may be set out in that decision. The instrument of accession shall be deposited with the Depositary.

  • Ratification of Agreement As supplemented by this Supplement, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Agreement as so supplemented by this Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.

  • Lodgement of Assessment Instrument (a) All assessment instruments under the conditions of this clause, including the appropriate percentage of the Australian Pay and Classification Scale to be paid to the employee, will be lodged by the Employer with the Registrar of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.

  • Notification of Assignments Assignments and schedules for the following year shall be made by the last working day of the teacher's work year.

  • Formation of Agreement A. No agreement between the Parties is formed until all applicable actions have been completed to the satisfaction of Valley Water. Valley Water Project Manager will not issue a Notice to Proceed until all required documents have been submitted and accepted by Valley Water.

  • SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT 18.1 The parties hereto and the employees of the City are governed by the provisions of applicable Federal Law, State Law, and the City Charter. When any provisions thereof are in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of said Federal Law, State Law, or City Charter are paramount and shall prevail.

  • A ssignment Contractor shall not assign any interest in this Agreement and shall not transfer any interest in the same without the prior written consent of County except that claims for money due or to become due Contractor from County under this Agreement may be assigned by Contractor to a bank, trust company, or other financial institution without such approval. Written notice of any such transfer shall be furnished promptly to County. Any attempt at assignment of rights under this Agreement except for those specifically consented to by both parties or as stated above shall be void.
