Decisions of the Project Committee. The Project Committee shall be free to act on its own initiative to formulate proposals and take decisions in accordance with the procedures set out herein. The following decisions shall be taken by the Project Committee: changes to the Project Application; changes to the Budget; withdrawals or adjustments to the Background set out in Annex 1; determine whether certain Background or Foreground is Needed, as set out in Section 9.3; entry of a new Participant to the Project and approval of the settlement on the conditions of the accession of such a new Participant; withdrawal of a Participant from the Project and the approval of the settlement on the conditions of the withdrawal; declaration of a Participant to be a Defaulting Participant; remedies to be performed by a Defaulting Participant; termination of a Defaulting Participant’s participation in the Project and measures relating thereto; change or replacement of the Project Coordinator; appoint or change the Chairperson; suspension of all or part of the Project; termination of the Project and the Consortium Agreement.

Any changes to the Project Application, the Budget or this Consortium Agreement as discussed in the Project Committee shall require prior written consent of the IXA Office AMC/IXA Office VU-VUmc. Stichting LSH-TKI, IXA Office AMC/IXA Office VU-VUmc and Project Committee. Each year IXA Office AMC/IXA Office VUmc shall inform Stichting LSH-TKI on any decisions by the Project Committee pursuant to Section 6.5 (a) to (c).

  • Decisions of the Board The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chairperson shall be the decision of the Board. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final and binding and enforceable on all parties, but in no event shall the Board of Arbitration have the power to change this Agreement or to alter, modify or amend any of its provisions. However, the Board shall have the power to dispose of any discharge or a discipline grievance by any arrangement which in its opinion it deems just and equitable.

  • Management Committee The Members shall act collectively through meetings as a "committee of the whole," which is hereby named the "Management Committee." The Management Committee shall conduct its affairs in accordance with the following provisions and the other provisions of this Agreement:

  • Scheduling Committee (a) The parties agree to the formation of a Scheduling Committee to discuss and assist in resolving scheduling issues.

  • Advisory Committee The Settling State shall designate an Opioid Settlement Remediation Advisory Committee (the “Advisory Committee”) to provide input and recommendations regarding remediation spending from that Settling State’s Abatement Accounts Fund. A Settling State may elect to use an existing advisory committee or similar entity (created outside of a State-Subdivision Agreement or Allocation Statute); provided, however, the Advisory Committee or similar entity shall meet the following requirements:

  • Oversight Committee The Company and Union shall each appoint two members to be part of an Oversight Committee. The Oversight Committee will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise regarding this Letter of Agreement. Issues that the Oversight Committee cannot resolve will be escalated to the Company’s and Union’s respective designees to attempt resolution prior to a grievance being filed and Subsection 102.3(a)(2) timelines will be waived. The Oversight Committee shall also meet and confer over the assessment and advanced placement of new entrants into the Towerman LOP. The new requirement to successfully complete the course will be effective with those internal bidders, including those awarded the positions through an Unrestricted Award, who are beginning the apprenticeship on August 1, 2019, or later. An internal bidder who is unsuccessful at the Three-Day Climbing Course will be bypassed for that specific job award. However, the employee will be provided one additional opportunity to successfully complete the course should he or she receive an additional Apprentice Lineman bid or award.   • Study Committee The parties shall utilize the Benefits Advisory Committee, with equal membership by the State and the VSEA, for the purpose of reviewing all issues related to health care and prescription drugs, and recommending changes to the bargaining committees. The parties shall also establish a special study committee to evaluate the current health plans, and make recommendations to the bargaining committees of the State and employees for sustainable savings in the health care plans.

  • Staffing Committee A. Responsibilities. The Nurse Staffing Committee (“NSC”) shall be responsible for determining the Institute’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.
