Decision of the Arbitrators/Binding Effect. The arbitrators shall render their decision regarding the matter in dispute within ten (10) days following the date of the hearing set forth in Section 16.3 hereinabove and said decision shall be final and binding upon the Members and the Company. Each of the Members hereby covenant and agree that they shall comply with the decision of the arbitrators.
