Common use of Decision of Arbitrators Clause in Contracts

Decision of Arbitrators. The arbitrators will hear evidence submitted by the‌ respective Parties or group or groups of Parties and may call for additional information, which additional information must be furnished by the Party having such information. The decision of a majority of the arbitrators (“Arbitration Award”) must be rendered no later than twenty (20) days after the conclusion of the arbitration hearing and will be binding upon all the Parties and must be based on the provisions of this Restructuring Agreement and applicable New Mexico or federal Law.
