Before 31 December 2012, the text of the article reads as follows: In the event of any change occurring in the Netherlands of such a general, social and/or financial nature that the parties can no longer reasonably be deemed to be bound by the provisions, the parties shall consult during the duration of this agreement about the amendments that are to be made.
