Common use of Debtors Remain Liable Clause in Contracts

Debtors Remain Liable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, (a) each Debtor shall remain liable under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral to the extent set forth therein to perform all of its respective duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if this Security Agreement had not been executed, (b) the exercise by Secured Party of any of its rights hereunder shall not release any Debtor from any of its duties or obligations under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral, and (c) Secured Party shall not have any obligation or liability under any of the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral by reason of this Security Agreement, nor shall Secured Party be obligated to perform any of the obligations or duties of any Debtor thereunder or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned hereunder.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, (a) each Debtor shall remain liable under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral to the extent set forth therein to perform all of its respective duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if this Security Agreement had not been executed, (b) the exercise by Secured Party the Administrative Agent of any of its rights hereunder shall not release any Debtor from any of its duties or obligations under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral, and (c) none of the Secured Party Parties shall not have any obligation or liability under any of the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral by reason of this Security Agreement, nor shall any Secured Party be obligated to perform any of the obligations or duties of any Debtor thereunder or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned hereunder.

Notwithstanding anything any­thing to the contrary contained herein, (a) each Debtor shall remain liable under the contracts and agreements documentation included in the Collateral to the extent set forth therein to perform all of its respective duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if this Security Agreement had not been executed, (b) the exercise by the Secured Party of any of its rights or remedies hereunder shall not release any Debtor from any of its duties or obligations under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateralsuch documentation, and (c) the Secured Party shall not have any obligation or liability under any of the contracts and agreements included such documentation ­included in the Collateral by reason of this Security Agreement, nor shall and (d) the Secured Party shall not be obligated to perform per­form any of the obligations or duties of any Debtor thereunder or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned hereunder.

Notwithstanding anything Anything herein to the contrary contained hereinnotwithstanding, (a) each Debtor shall remain liable with respect to and under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral to the extent set forth therein to perform all of its respective duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if this Security Agreement had not been executedCollateral, (b) the exercise by Secured Party or any other Creditor of any of its the rights hereunder shall not release any Debtor from any of its duties or obligations with respect to or under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateralsuch Debtor’s Collateral or under this Agreement, and (c) other than as specifically provided in this Agreement or non-waivable provisions of applicable Law, neither Secured Party nor any other Creditor shall not have any obligation or liability with respect to or under any of the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral by reason of this Security Agreement, nor shall Secured Party or any other Creditor be obligated to perform any of the obligations or duties of any Debtor thereunder or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned or in which a security interest is granted hereunder.

Notwithstanding anything Anything herein to the contrary contained hereinnotwithstanding, (ai) each Debtor shall remain liable under the contracts and any agreements included which have been (in the Collateral to the extent set forth therein whole or in part) pledged or assigned herein to perform all of its respective duties and obligations thereunder to the same extent as if this Security Agreement had not been executed, ; (bii) the exercise by the Secured Party Parties of any of its the rights hereunder shall not release any such Debtor from any of its respective duties or obligations under the contracts and agreements included in the Collateral, any such agreements; and (ciii) the Secured Party Parties shall not have any obligation or liability under any of the contracts and such agreements included in the Collateral by reason of this Security Agreement, nor shall the Secured Party Parties be obligated to perform any of the obligations or duties of any Debtor thereunder or to take any action to collect or enforce any claim for payment assigned hereunder.
