Debt to Capitalization Ratio. As of the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower, the Debt to Capitalization Ratio shall be less than or equal to 0.70 to 1.0.

Debt to Capitalization Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Debt to Capitalization Ratio of the Borrower to be greater than 65% as of the last day of each fiscal quarter.
