Debt Schedule. Schedule 4.12(a) sets forth a correct and complete list of (i) all credit agreements, indentures, purchase agreements, Guarantees, Capitalized Leases and other investments, agreements and other arrangements presently in effect providing for or relating to Debt in respect of which the Borrower is in any manner directly or contingently obligated, (ii) the maximum principal or face amounts of the Debt outstanding or which may be outstanding under each of those agreements and other arrangements, and (iii) the maturity date of the Debt.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. Payment is only to be made after the deliverable within the Authorized User Agreement is accepted by the Authorized User. A Contractor is encouraged to submit no more than one invoice per month. Invoices must include cumulative retainage holdback. Invoices submitted to an Authorized User must include backup documentation as defined in the negotiated Authorized User Agreement.
