Debt Instruments. Except as set forth on Schedule 8 hereto, Schedule 8 of the Prior Perfection Certificate sets forth a true and correct list of all promissory notes and other instruments evidencing Indebtedness held by each Grantor, including all intercompany notes between the Grantors.
