Debriefing. If a post-award debriefing is given to requesting offerors, the Government shall disclose the following information, if applicable:
Debriefing. A bidder will be accorded fair and equal treatment with respect to its opportunity for debriefing. Prior to contract award, OGS shall, upon request, provide a debriefing which would be limited to review of that bidder’s proposal or bid. After contract award, OGS shall, upon request, provide a debriefing to any unsuccessful bidder that responded to the solicitation, regarding the reason that the proposal or bid submitted by such bidder was not selected for a contract award. The post-award debriefing should be requested in writing within 30 days of posting of the contract award on the OGS website.
Debriefing. At the end of the review meeting the team identify aspects that require modification or refining.
Debriefing. 37.1 In the event that a Bidder is unsuccessful, the Bidder may request for a debriefing from UNDP. The purpose of the debriefing is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the Bidder’s submission, in order to assist the Bidder in improving its future Bids for UNDP procurement opportunities. The content of other Bids and how they compare to the Bidder’s submission shall not be discussed.
Debriefing. In the event that a bidder is unsuccessful, the bidder may request a debriefing from IOM. The purpose of the debriefing is to discuss the strengths and weaknesses of the bidder’s submission, in order to assist the bidder in improving its future bids for IOM procurement opportunities. The content of other bids and how they compare to the bidder’s submission shall not be discussed.
Debriefing. A Teacher who was interviewed for a position covered by Article L5 and L9.11.04.03 shall receive a debriefing, if so requested, following the selection process.
Debriefing. An employee who has applied for a new position or vacancy in accordance with Article 12.01 and has not been successful shall be given the opportunity of a debriefing session if she/he so requests.
Debriefing. 1. The committee chairperson or designee will complete a final evaluation criteria scoresheet that will become part of the contract file. It can later be used during debriefing of unsuccessful proposer(s) to point out deficiencies and weaknesses for each criterion.
Debriefing. Ten (10) minutes of each meeting shall be reserved for debriefing. Anyone may speak for up to one (1) minute; anyone may pass; no one will respond to any comment made except by consent of the group. Anyone who passes can request to speak at the end.
Debriefing. 9.7.1. On completion of the clearance operations and after the site activities including the operations have been signed off as safe by the responsible Operators, an evaluation will be made by all Parties involved in order to identify shortcomings in the Contingency/emergency plans and such plans will be adjusted accordingly.
