Common use of Debarment Certification Clause in Contracts

Debarment Certification. The AAA, by signature to this Agreement, certifies that the AAA is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participating in this Agreement by any Federal department or agency. The AAA also agrees to include the above requirement in all subcontracts into which it enters, resulting directly from the AAA’s duty to provide services under this Agreement.
