Death of Sole Resident. If you are the sole resident and die during the Lease term, an authorized representative of your estate may terminate the Lease without penalty by giving at least 30 days’ written notice. Your estate will be liable for your Lease obligations until the latter of: (A) the termination date or (B) removal of all possessions in the apartment.
