Dealing as Principal or Agent. 2.1. In relation to any Transaction, we will affect such Transaction as Principal unless it is expressly agreed that we will act as agent for you with respect to a certain Transaction or service within the Account Agreement or otherwise.

  • Name and Principal Place of Business The name of the Company shall be [NAME OF COMPANY], LLC with a principal place of business located at [PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS] or at any other such place of business that the Member(s) shall determine.

  • The Principal Paying Agent shall obtain verification, in the case of an allegedly lost, stolen or destroyed Security, Coupon or Talon in respect of which the serial number is known, that the Security, Coupon or Talon has not previously been redeemed, paid or exchanged, as the case may be.
