Dealer shall provide Digital Motors: (i) vehicle inventory information, availability and pricing (“Inventory Data”) in the same format currently used by third party inventory/marketing vendors, regularly updated not less than 1x/ 24 hours, (ii) instructions to Dealer’s IT provider to provision “store” domains, (iii) store logos and header images and (iv) integration with Dealer’s CRM.
