Deadweight. (a) In the event that there is a deficiency in the actual deadweight of the VESSEL determined as provided in the Specifications, the Contract Price shall not be decreased if such deficiency is six hundred (600) metric tons or less below the Guaranteed Deadweight of thirty thousand (30,000) metric tons at assigned design draft.

Deadweight. (a) The Contract Price shall not be affected or changed by reason of a deficiency in the actual deadweight of the Vessel, being not more than Two Thousand (2,000) metric tons below the guaranteed deadweight at the xxxxxxxxx draft in the conditions as set out in the Specifications.
