Common use of De Minimis Amounts Clause in Contracts

De Minimis Amounts. No Party shall be entitled to make any indemnity claim under Section 6.1(i) above with respect to the inaccuracy of any representation or warranty unless and until such claim (or series of related claims by such Party and any related Company Group Indemnified Member) is greater than [*], provided that this Section 6.2(b) shall not apply to the inaccuracy of any Fundamental Representation or any representation relating to Tax matters.
