If a DBE subcontractor is decertified during the life of the Preconstruction Services Contract, the decertified subcontractor shall notify the Construction Manager in writing with the date of de- certification. If a subcontractor becomes a certified DBE during the life of the Preconstruction Services Contract, the subcontractor shall notify the Construction Manager in writing with the date of certification. Any changes should be reported to the Department’s Contract Manager within 30 days.
