Days Per Year. Leave which is credited under Section 14.1 may be used, at the unit member’s election, for purposes of personal necessity; provided that use of personal necessity leave does not exceed eight (8) days in any school year. Personal necessity leave shall be granted for a minimum of one-half (1/2) day per occurrence.
