Common use of Days Defined Clause in Contracts

Days Defined. The limits in days under each section shall be counted as calendar days; however, the calendar days during the winter break, and spring break shall not be counted in computing the time limits. The number of days indicated at each level shall be considered as maximum. The time limits may, however, be extended by mutual consent of the parties concerned, expressed in writing. Requests to extend the time limits will not be unreasonably denied.
