Daylight Savings Time. Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.
Daylight Savings Time. During the changeover from Daylight Savings Time to Pacific Standard Time, or vice-versa, an employee shall be paid for the actual hours worked during that shift.
Daylight Savings Time. All employees working at the time Daylight Savings Time (DST) starts or ends shall be paid for actual time worked as follows:
Daylight Savings Time. The changing of Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, or vice versa, shall not result in employees being paid more or less than their normal scheduled daily hours. The hour difference shall be split between the employees completing their shift and those commencing their shift.
Daylight Savings Time. Where an employee is scheduled to work on either Daylight Savings time, or Eastern Standard time, they shall be paid the actual number of hours worked, at straight time.
Daylight Savings Time. Where there is a change to Daylight Savings time from Standard Time or vice versa, employees shall be paid for her actual hours worked.
Daylight Savings Time. (1) On the night the change is made from standard to daylight savings time, no deduction in pay shall be made even though the actual work time is reduced by one (1) hour for tours scheduled to end after 2:00 A.M.
Daylight Savings Time. It is the intent of the Parties that employees working during Daylight Savings Time changes be paid only for actual hours worked. Accordingly, employees who are working on Night Watch in the spring, when the clocks are moved forward one (1) hour (other than those who are scheduled to be off at 0200 hours), will be required to either: (a) utilize one (1) hour of paid vacation leave, or (b) to go unpaid for one (1) hour. Employees who are working on Night Watch in the fall, when the clocks are moved back one (1) hour (other than those who are scheduled to be off at 0200 hours), will be paid one (1) hour at the overtime rate of pay.
Daylight Savings Time. An employee who works a shift affected by the changeover to or from Daylight Savings Time will be paid for the actual hours worked.
Daylight Savings Time. If a non-exempt staff member actually works one (1) hour greater than his/her scheduled hours of work as a result of an adjustment in daylight savings time, he/she shall receive one (1) hours pay at either straight time or at time and one-half (1-1/2) depending on the hours worked that week. If a non-exempt staff member works one (1) hour less than his/her scheduled hours of work as a result of an adjustment in daylight savings time, he/she will be compensated for the time actually worked.
