Daylight Savings Adjustment. Employees who work a shift which spans the fall 28 daylight savings adjustment period will be paid for all time actually worked on that shift (including 1 the extra hour created by daylight savings adjustment). Employees working a shift which spans the 2 spring daylight savings time adjustment period will be paid for hours actually worked; however, such 3 employees will be permitted to use one hour of accrued furlough, vacation, or comp time, or may 4 remain at medic unit assignment for up to one (1) hour.

  • Daylight Savings Employees shall be paid for the actual number of hours worked when scheduled to work the nights of the standard/daylight savings time changes. It is understood that this pay will be at straight time.

  • Daylight Saving (a) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement, in any area where by reason of the Legislation of a State summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the Standard time of that State the length of any shift:

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Daylight Saving Time The changing of Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, or vice versa, shall not result in Employees being paid more or less than their normal scheduled daily hours. The hour difference shall be split between the Employees completing their shift and those commencing their shift.

  • Wage Adjustment Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement on the contrary, the wages of employees shall be reduced by the amount of employee contributions made by the employer pursuant to the provisions hereof.

  • Second Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2020, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two and one-half percent (2.50%), rounded to the nearest cent. Salary increases provided by this Section shall be given to all employees including those employees whose rates of pay exceed the maximum rate for their class. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-2. Conversion to the new compensation grid shall not change an employee’s eligibility for step progression increases.

  • Retirement Savings 5.6.1 Principals are eligible to join a KiwiSaver scheme in accordance with the terms of those schemes.

  • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Budget Adjustments The Grantee shall submit the Budget Adjustment Request [TJJD-FIS-304] to the Department for any adjustment to the original budget. The Grantee must receive written or electronic approval from the Department prior to expending the funds.

  • Adjustment Plan (A) If the Employer introduces or intends to introduce a measure, policy, practice or change that affects the terms, conditions or security of employment of a significant number of employees by classification to whom the Collective Agreement applies;
