Common use of Day Work Clause in Contracts

Day Work. (a) Subject to clause 20.04, the scheduled workweek shall be thirty-five (35) hours from Monday to Friday inclusive, and the scheduled workday shall average seven (7) consecutive hours, exclusive of a lunch period.

Day Work.
