Common use of Day Work Clause in Contracts

Day Work. (a) The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours and the normal work day shall be seven and one-half (7½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusive.

Day Work. (a) 16.03 The normal scheduled work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37½37 ½) hours from Monday to Friday inclusive, and the normal work day scheduled workday shall be seven and one-one half (7½) consecutive hours, exclusive of a meal period, between the hours break of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. not less than thirty (30) minutes. The normal work week shall be Monday to Friday inclusiveEmployer will provide two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes each per full working day except on occasions when operational requirements do not permit.
