Day Shift. Regularly scheduled hours of work per shift Monday to Friday inclusive shall be paid at straight time hourly rates. Afternoon Shift Regularly scheduled hours of work per shift Monday to Friday inclusive shall be paid at straight time hourly rates plus a shift differential of one-seventh (1/7) of the straight time hourly rate.
