Day of Mourning. The Company will recognize April 28th as the day of mourning. The Co-chairpersons of the Joint Health and Safety Committee will issue a joint proclamation in recognition of the day and the Company flag will be lowered. The Health and Safety Committee shall be afforded the opportunity to attend Day of Mourning ceremonies in the community. The time for these ceremonies shall not exceed eight (8) hours per member annually.
