Day-Light Savings. Full-Time and Part-Time It is understood normal hours include those required to accommodate the change from Daylight Saving Time to Standard Time, and vice versa, to which the other provisions of the Articles dealing with Hours of Work and Overtime do not apply. It is further understood that all hours worked will be paid at the regular straight time rate as a result of the change-over to daylight saving from standard time or vice versa.

Day-Light Savings. All hours worked will be paid at the regular straight time rate as a result of the change-over to daylight saving from standard time or vice versa. For clarity, it is understood that overtime hours will not be paid for additional hours worked as a result of the change-over.
Day-Light Savings. Time changes in accordance with Day Light Savings will be compensated in the following manner:
Day-Light Savings. The increase or reduction in the duration of a shift as a result of changes in daylight saving and standard times will result in the employee being paid their straight time rate for all hours worked on such shift (ie. 7 hours or 9 hours).
Day-Light Savings. Upon the changeover of times as a result of daylight saving in October and March each year the following shall apply:

  • Cost Savings Developer shall work cooperatively with Architect, Construction Manager, subcontractors and District, in good faith, to identify appropriate opportunities to reduce the Project costs and promote cost savings. Any identified cost savings from the Guaranteed Maximum Price shall be identified by Developer, and approved in writing by the District. In the event Developer realizes a savings on any aspect of the Project, such savings shall be added to the Contingency and expended consistent with the Contingency. In addition, any portion of Allowance remaining after completion of the Project shall be added to the Contingency. If any cost savings require revisions to the Construction Documents, Developer shall work with the District and Architect with respect to revising the Construction Documents and, if necessary, obtaining the approval of DSA with respect to those revisions. Developer shall be entitled to an adjustment of Contract Time for delay in completion caused by any cost savings adopted by District pursuant to Exhibit D, if requested in writing before the approval of the cost savings.

  • Daylight Savings Employees shall be paid for the actual number of hours worked when scheduled to work the nights of the standard/daylight savings time changes. It is understood that this pay will be at straight time.

  • Daylight Saving (a) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Agreement, in any area where by reason of the Legislation of a State summer time is prescribed as being in advance of the Standard time of that State the length of any shift:

  • Retirement Savings 5.6.1 Principals are eligible to join a KiwiSaver scheme in accordance with the terms of those schemes.

  • Daylight Savings Time Employees required to work more than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or more than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from daylight savings time to standard time shall be paid for the additional hour worked at the rate of time and one-half (1-1/2). Employees required to work less than eight (8) hours on an eight (8) hour shift or less than ten (10) hours on a ten (10) hour shift due to the change from standard time to daylight savings time shall be paid for the actual hours worked. Employees may use vacation time or compensatory time to make up for the one (1) hour lost. Employees in the first six (6) months of employment who would be eligible to accrue vacation, may be advanced one (1) hour of vacation time which shall either be deducted from their vacation leave balance, or deducted from their last paycheck if the employee is separated prior to accruing vacation.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • BASE PAY RATE The employee's basic hourly rate exclusive of overtime premium, shift premium, stability or any other special allowances.

  • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.

  • Retirement Savings Plan Within fifteen (15) days after the date of Termination of Employment, the Company shall pay to Employee a cash payment in an amount, if any, necessary to compensate Employee for the Employee’s unvested interests under the Company’s retirement savings plan which are forfeited by Employee in connection with the Termination of Employment.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.
