Day Guests. Day guests must be limited to a maximum of 4 people. Age Ranges of the Party Our booking form asks for the ages of guests under 25 to be declared. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if we feel the composition of the party is unsuitable for the facilities The Riverside offers. Cots & High Chairs Available free of charge provided mattresses, trays, etc. are left wiped ready for the next visitors. Bedding for cots remains the client’s responsibility. All nappies must be disposed of safely and hygienically. Cars There is space for one car on Peckitt Street. A permit will be issued on arrival. Major repairs and valeting are not allowed. The Castle Car Park at Clifford’s Tower is particularly convenient. The property is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the station, or less than a 5 minute taxi journey.

  • Health Care Operations Health Care Operations shall have the meaning set out in its definition at 45 C.F.R. § 164.501, as such provision is currently drafted and as it is subsequently updated, amended or revised.

  • Safe Operations Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, an NTO may take, or cause to be taken, such action with respect to the operation of its facilities as it deems necessary to maintain Safe Operations. To ensure Safe Operations, the local operating rules of the ITO(s) shall govern the connection and disconnection of generation with NTO transmission facilities. Safe Operations include the application and enforcement of rules, procedures and protocols that are intended to ensure the safety of personnel operating or performing work or tests on transmission facilities.

  • Guests There shall be no other persons living on the Premises other than the Tenant and any Occupant(s). Guests of the Tenant are allowed for periods not lasting for more than 48 hours unless otherwise approved by the Landlord in writing.

  • Operations Fire An “Operations Fire” is a fire caused by Purchaser’s Operations other than a Neg- ligent Fire. Forest Service, except as provided in B7.3, shall use cooperative deposits under B4.218 to perform fire sup- pression activities on Operations Fires. Xxxxxxxxx agrees to reimburse Forest Service for such cost for each Opera- tions Fire, subject to a maximum of the dollar amount stated in A14. The cost of Purchaser’s actions, supplies, and equipment on any such fire provided pursuant to B7.3, or otherwise at the request of Forest Service, shall be credited toward such maximum. If Purchaser’s actual cost exceeds Purchaser’s obligation stated in A14, Forest Service shall reimburse Purchaser for the excess.

  • Volunteer Firefighting Leave Leave without pay will be granted when an employee who is a volunteer firefighter is called to duty to respond to a fire, natural disaster or medical emergency.

  • Shift Rotation Routine shift rotation is not an approach to staffing endorsed by the Employer. Except for emergency situations where it may be necessary to provide safe patient care, shift rotation will not be utilized without mutual consent. If such an occasion should ever occur, volunteers will be sought first. If no one volunteers, the Employer will rotate shifts on an inverse seniority basis until the staff vacancies are filled.
