Day Employee. A “Day Employee” is an employee assigned to a work schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. with a twenty (20) minute paid lunch period and whose normal weekly hours are forty (40).
