Common use of Day Course Clause in Contracts

Day Course. Accelerated EMT Program 4-Week EMT Program March 1 – March 29th of 2021 Every Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs and Friday 0900 – 1630 The enrollment agreement is valid for the period of enrollment, from March 1, 21 until March 29, 2021. Course start date: March 1, 2021. Graduation date March 29, 2021. Students have the right to cancel the enrollment agreement and obtain a refund of the refundable charges paid through attendance at the first-class session, or the seventh day after enrollment, whichever is later. All requests to withdraw from the course registrations must be in writing and be received by my academic program office. I understand that notifying my professor does not constitute a withdrawal. I also understand that if I do not attend my classes, I am responsible for ensuring that I officially withdraw myself from the courses. If I do not do this, I understand that I am responsible financially for 100% of the course cost. I have reviewed the attendance policy in the course catalog.
