DATE OF REFUND. The date of the refund shall be considered the date upon which the money was withdrawn from the Foundation's account. The Foundation carries no responsibility for the further routing of the refund.
DATE OF REFUND. 5.9.1. The Payment shall be considered to have been refunded on the day when the money was debited from the transit account of the Acquiring Bank. The Museum shall not be liable for any further transfer of the money.
