Date of Event; Rental Rate; Deposit and Payment Terms; Cancellation Policies. Renter is renting the Facility for purposes of a wedding on from the hours of 11:00_a.m. to 11:00p.m. [hereinafter, the “Event”]. Renters shall pay the amount of $5000.00 and 00/100 Dollars ($5000.00) for renting the Facility for the Event [the “Fee Amount”]. Upon execution of the Agreement and payment of the required deposit, the Facility shall be reserved for Renter on the Date and Time set forth above. Rate is for 12 hours of time to include, renter/vendor set up and break down.

  • Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment will be net 30 days after receipt of an invoice in a format acceptable to the County of Orange and verified and approved by the agency/department and subject to routine processing requirements. The responsibility for providing an acceptable invoice rests with the CONTRACTOR.

  • General Payment Terms You may pay by credit card or through an account with us payable at the end of the month.   • Salary Rate Calculation and Payment The biweekly salary rate of employees serving on twelve (12) month (calendar year) appointments shall be calculated by dividing the calendar year salary rate by 26.1 pay periods.

  • Additional Payment Terms a. On-Site Expenses. Customer will be billed for the expenses incurred in connection with the performance of any services, training, consulting or other services provided on-site at Customer’s location (including in connection with launching the Services), including the reasonable travel and per day expenses of each trainer or consultant. Pre-scheduled services which are to be performed on-site at Customer’s location may not be cancelled or re- scheduled within thirty (30) days of the beginning of such pre-scheduled services. In the event that Customer cancels or reschedules pre-scheduled on-site services within such thirty (30) day period, Customer shall be required to reimburse Company for any pre-paid non-cancellable pre-scheduled expenses associated with the on- site services.

  • CONTRACT RENEWAL PERIOD FURNITURE ADDITIONS/DELETIONS: Contractors wishing to make furniture additions/changes to their contract during the contract period should be aware of the following additions/changes will be allowed only once during a contract period. No changes to discount percentages are allowed during this contract period. Additions/changes must be submitted during the contract renewal period. When requesting additions and/or changes; contractor shall submit a request either by letter or via email which shall include a list of all items being proposed for addition and/or change. Contractor shall submit all required documents supporting any new items. Product literature for all new items shall also be submitted with the request. Contractor is responsible for submitting a complete name, address, email address, phone and fax numbers when a new dealer is added.

  • C4 Price adjustment on extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 The Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period. In the event that the Client agrees to extend the Initial Contract Period pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period) the Client shall, in the 6 month period prior to the expiry of the Initial Contract Period, enter into good faith negotiations with the Contractor (for a period of not more than 30 Working Days) to agree a variation in the Contract Price.
