DATE OF CONTRACT. A formal written Contract will be entered into by the parties and be binding upon the Owner and Contractor when approved and executed by the Owner. The date of the Contract shall be the date the Contract is executed by the Owner.
DATE OF CONTRACT. Notwithstanding the provisions of 1.1.1 above, where this Agreement contains terms and conditions which are changed from those contained in the prior Agreement, such terms and conditions shall become effective on April 1, 2007, except where such changes are effective on the dates indicated in the particular article.
