Common use of Date and Time of Closing Clause in Contracts

Date and Time of Closing. Subject to satisfaction of the conditions to Closing set forth in Section 2.3 of this Agreement, the closing of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement (the "Closing") shall take place at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) on December 19, 2003, at the offices of Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Vangellow & Xxxx, P.C., 0000 X Xxxxxx, X.X., Xxxxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxx, X.X. 00000, or at such other place and time thereafter as shall be mutually agreeable to the parties hereto (the "Closing Date").
