Date and Commencement of Annual Assessments. 1. The annual assessments provided for herein shall commence as to each lot on the first day of the month following the Developer’s conveyance of such lot. The first annual assessment shall be adjusted according to the number of months remaining in the calendar year. At least thirty (30) days in advance of each annual assessment, the Board of Managers shall fix the amount of the annual assessment of every Owner subject thereto. Written notice of such assessment shall be sent to every Owner subject thereto at least thirty (30) days in advance of each annual assessment, but failure to fix or to notify shall not constitute a waiver of this right or of owner's obligation to pay. The due date shall be established by the Board of Managers.

A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned.
